My name is Melissa; and I am the Sole Proprietor of Elle Hair Design. I make it my purpose to give each client a personal experience that leaves them glowing. I offer unparalleled beauty pampering, but also respect my clients’ busy schedules and will get you looking fabulous and on your way as soon as possible.
